Valid CA Driver's License Previous Experience Reliable Transportation Drug Testing before being hired.
(If there is a safety incident on the jobsite, you will be required to take a drug test that day.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways when needed.
Perform maintenance and light repairs and determine when something is an emergency for a professional service (locks, doors, small fixes.
) Repair equipment or appliances.
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks, etc.
) Able to be a runner for the dump from site locations.
Practices company's safety policies and procedures.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Professional to all staff on jobsites.
