RN Emergency Department
An Emergency Nurse (EN) is responsible to provide direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
The EN is responsible for assuring patient safety, confidentiality and comfort; as well as the proactive implementation of treatment in conjunction with guidelines and the provide plan of care.
He/she collaborates with the physician and other member of the health care team to coordinate the delivery of patient care to patients of any age including neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Possession of a valid license as an RN licensed in CA.
ACLS preferred, required within 1 year.
PALS preferred, required within 1 year.
BLS required.
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) preferred, required within 1 year One year ED experience required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
