Network Technician II
Definition:
A highly technical staff member that serves as a mid to high level technical resource for FRHG network for server, and desktop environments.
This position will serve as a level-2 support for local area network and parallel to level-3 troubleshooter for server and desktop related problems.
Coordination with the Network Engineer, System Engineer, vendors and other hospital departments would be required as well as the ability to use critical thinking, prioritize assignments and open issues.
Customer-service orientation is a critical personal characteristic of this position.
Knowledge:
Srong knowledge of Enterprise server and desktop environments including Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, and Exchange systems.
Must have basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocol including network topology and terminology.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
