340B PROGRAM COORDINATOR - PHARMACY

DEFINITION:
Responsible for the overall operations of the 340B program.
This responsibility includes analyses and oversight to ensure the proper performance of the 340B split billing software and the proper accumulation of all pharmacy purchasing in the 340B eligible facilities.
This individual will insure the application of legal, ethical and sound business practices through the establishment and adherence to policy and procedure of the organization.

Non-Exempt KNOWLEDGE:
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to pharmacy supply management Experience with pharmacy wholesale software and ordering procedures Demonstrated knowledge of 340B program regulatory and compliance procedures as well as program issues, trends and challenges BA/BS in healthcare or science related filed is highly preferred SKILLS:
Strong computer skills-specifically excel and word programs Strong communication skills both oral and written Ability to work with minimal supervision Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience with a 340B program Minimum of 3 to 5 years pharmacy purchasing experience LICENSE:
California Pharmacy Technician license CPHT certification preferred but not required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
