Food Service Worker IV/Nutrition Host
patients, picks up meal trays and documents intake on appropriate forms, works with patients on menus and preferences and stocks patients pantries.
The nutrition host also assists in patient nourishment preparation.
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have knowledge of basic food preparation skills and have good familiarity with measurement methods.
Individual must also demonstrate competency in modified edits and have good attention to detail.
The Nutrition Host must be able to work well with various levels of hospital staff and consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the FRHG core values and the departments mission statement.
High school diploma required and at least one year of food service hospitality experience.
Must be able to move quickly and stand on feet for extended periods of time.
